can anyone tell me what do i get when i mixed

ZnSO4 and HCOO-Na+

together?

is it: (HCOO-)2Zn+ and Na2SO4

how did you mix them?  in solution or grinding etc?

I'm not very sure but, if I remember well, both those salts are fully soluble in water so you'll only get solvated ions... (and hydrolysis, of course... of HCOO- and of Zn2+ too I think)
