while doing LC-MS my compound not get ionize,so i not got my M.W.,what can i do to get it ionize so i get M.W. of my compound??

Difficult to help without the following information,
1. Name of compound ??
2. HPLC mobile phase ?
3. Ionization mode +ve or -ve ?

Is it that the compound is not being ionised or that the compound is being completely fragmented (and therefore you don't see the main ion but see the fragmentation pattern?)
If it's the latter try using a softer ionisation technique...
