Can I say that the concentration of A is greater than B because occured osmosis? And the substance dissolved is polar or it can be nonpolar?

I am guessing that water moved in from A to B during osmosis.
In that case, the concentration of B should have been more than that of A before osmosis started. Now that osmosis has occurred, the concentrations of A and B are equal.
