Conductivity calculation question

Can i just take the ratio between the two then times the conductivity of KCl by it?
so like (33.21/300)x1.1639 ?

Is that how conductivity meters work?
Calibrate it with KCl, then it measures the resistance of the new analyte, takes the ratio and calculates?
