I would have a question to reactions in autoclaves. If you are working in an autoclave than is it the partial pressure which defines the boiling point or the total pressure (let's assume ideal behavior). For example you have 2 components (solvent and substrate) and pressurize it with 100 bar nitrogen then is it the partial pressure (the few bars out of 100) which defines the boiling point and has to be taken into account in a phase diagram or the 100 bars?
