Synthesis of 4-Amino salicylic acid

I want to synthesis Synthesis of 4-Amino salicylic acid by using salicylic acid. We can't buy it since we don't have grants and time. Therefore I am seeking a method to Synthesis of 4-Amino salicylic acid by using salicylic acid. If there is a way to do that please tel me the purification method also.  Thank you.

According to wikipedia, 'PAS is manufactured by the carboxylation of 3-aminophenol'

Dear sir, I saw that, but they haven't provided in detailed procedure. In my university we have only Phenol, benzene, Toluene, Salicylic acid, Aniline. We don't have specific chemicals. How can i do this?
