hi Everyone. new in this board. Got a quick question want to ask. 

I saw those Sodium sulfide Factory selling their waste to people. What process of making Sodium sulfide will create waste ? I heard about is something base waste, is that true?

In somewhere online article also read about something like this waste to refining the left over diesel waste to diesel fuel. Is that possible ? Someone please tell me more about. I really want to know more . Thx
