Pyroglutamic acid has the pKa values of: -1.76, 3.48, 12.76
As for isoaspartic acid the pKa value are roughly the same as the pKa values for aspartic acid being as the linkage in the polymer chain is merely change to the beta-carboxyl group from the alpha-carboxyl group, there the pKa values are:~2.10, 3.86, 9.82
