Determination of Gold
« on: November 23, 2010, 10:56:39 AM »
I have a project to do where I have to come of with a method of determining the amount of gold in an ore (has to be gravimetry of titration), but I don't reall know how to design the experiment. I figure that the best method is to use is gravimetry but I don't know what chemicals to use to make gold into a solution. Can anyone help?

It is easy to answer, but what equipment do you have? What chemicals can you get?
