Hey I am trying to figure out how quickly a certain solid will dissolve into water. I have the PH and the solubility(temp included). How can I figure out how quickly it will dissolve and at what rate ( mg or ppm ). ? Any help would be great.

You can't. Too many factors unrelated to the information you already have.
Unless you are ready to try the experimental approach.
