dextrose and skin

hi,
i am physical therapist and i am looking for some info about dextrose and skin.
first, i know dextrose molecular mass is: 180.16 g/mol
and i know there is a maximum mass that may go through the skin.
1. someone know what is this maximum mass? in other words may dextrose travel through skin with some help?
then to have this help the dextrose must be charged, negatively or positively.
2. someone know if dextrose is charged?
i tried to find the info myself but it is not easy to find it. it is very specific and since i am not chimist i am a bit lost here.

first   sugars "carbohydrates" are neutral
then  -ve and +ve cpd can't penetrate body easily need certain transfer proteins or formation of neutral salts within body. absorption depend on molecular weight of molecule and many many many other different factors.

Hi! Thanks for your answer.
For what i am after i dont need transfer protein.
I am looking to penetrate dextrose in the body via iontophoresis.
for this, like you said, it depends on the molecular weight of molecule, and other things
I havn't found any studies trying this.
That's why i was asking here those questions;
But i just found the exact opposite:

So i guess penetrate it is also possible.
