Which chemical formula of sucrose is correct?First one or second?Or both.and if yes, why?
First:

In first formula is not in my opinion correct, because there isn t beta D fructofuranose, but beta L.
second:http://www.google.sk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.biochem.arizona.edu/classes/bioc462/462a/NOTES/CARBO/sucrose.gif&imgrefurl=http://www.biochem.arizona.edu/classes/bioc462/462a/NOTES/CARBO/carb_structure.htm&usg=__n-vNifGPZfViTfyHDv3sfZcneSQ=&h=291&w=262&sz=4&hl=cs&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=vjCUr2u3OhV6PM:&tbnh=159&tbnw=143&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dsucrose%26um%3D1%26hl%3Dcs%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1280%26bih%3D619%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=835&vpy=280&dur=16036&hovh=232&hovw=209&tx=111&ty=187&ei=Zd8cTdfRGoaxtAaB9qTcDA&oei=Zd8cTdfRGoaxtAaB9qTcDA&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=15&ved=1t:429,r:13,s:0

The two structures are identical and correct. They are related by a rotation about the glucosyl anomeric C-O bond. If you have trouble visualising this, try building models.
