Expected pH of a buffer solution...

Blargh...I have the following problem on my homework:

What is the expected pH of a weak acid buffer solution prepared in such a way that the [HCOOH] is 0.135M (pKa = 3.75) and the [HCOONa] is 0.480M?

I looked up buffers in my textbook - it only gives one example and that's not helping me any... :(

I don't know where to start!  Ye Gods, I'm so lost...

Simple plug and chug into Henderson-Hasselbalch equation.
