substituted azepan and diazepan fragments
« on: February 27, 2011, 07:35:23 AM »
Hello,
could someone recomend a vendor of a variaty of substituted azepan and diazepan fragments? N1 should be unsubstituted. Does anybody know a group that  prepares such compounds as intermediates in their synthetic program?
Thank you
taq

You mean agepam and diazepam? They are, as are the starting materials restricted by the drug laws! Try asking Roche for some intermediates see how far you get. I don't think this is a forum for discussing drug synthesis?
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
