Increasing aqueous solubility of drugs

I'm stuck on a question...suggest ways of modifying ibuprofen and amantadine structures to increase aqueous solubility.

TIA  ???

Convert them into their respective salt forms, eg. hydrochloride and sodium or lysine.

thanks for that, whayt about adding OH or a carboxyl group onto the molecule??

Those should help but it would no longer be ibuprofen or amantadine.
