I am the Director of a manufacturing company who purchase chemical synthetic powders from abroad.  I am looking to investigate the possibility of manufacturing the chemicals inhouse, I am looking for someone with expertise in this area.

Thanks for the comment, since I am not a chemist and am reluctant to talk about commercially sensitive information.  It is more difficult for me to expand any further   Unless it was of course private.

Your choice but without some more details about what kind of materials you are looking to make in house, at what kind of scale, what equipment you have now and how much you're prepared to invest your question is unanswerable.  Are you looking to recruit a chemist to do the manufacture or do you just need help in costing out what it would take to make these chemicals in house?
