How to remove a fluid contamination.

Hello everyone, I'm new and I do not know if the forum properly elected, I will expose my concern and you told me.
we have a contamination in a liquid, produced by N-ethyl-N-[2 - (1-isobutoxietoxi)
ethyl]-4-phenyl, as we can remove it or filtering or purifying.

Is it legal? From what I understand this a tracer used to mark diesel fuel sold at lower rates.
