Help needed. Reaction between vitamins and hydrogen.
« on: April 06, 2011, 05:28:27 PM »
Hii,

I need assistance, if someone's available. As a part of my science fair project, i need antioxidative characteristics of vitamins. How can i write the reaction between vitamins C, A and E and hydrogen? And, if i actually do find that reaction, how can i calculate the amount of vitamin c needed to neutralize that specific amount of hydrogen?

Thank youuuu:)

Martha

Hydrogen always reduce (double bonds, carbonyl groups etc)
