naming the structure

Hello, everybody. Pls can you hepl me to name this structure?

First thing I note is that the structure is almost symmetrical - is there a mistake in there or do you really have a cyclohexadiene, rather than a benzenoid ring in the lower half?

Yeah sorry 'bout that, there should be a Benzoidic ring. My bad .-D
