I am having a lot of trouble with this. Does anyone know how to identify the chiral centres in the following attached molecule?

why you think that C=0 carbon is chiral?

a chiral carbon is sp3 hybridised and has 4 different groups attached to it ...

the carbon atom in benzene isn't chiral atom.
