I found 2 indicators online that look the same to me and I've got some questions.
They are Ricca Chemical part numbers UP173000 and R5621000.

1) What is the difference between these 2 indicators?
2) What is the purpose of a neutralized indicator?  Why would one use a neutralized indicator?
3) Why is it in a methanol solution?
4) The neutralized solution is 3 times most costly than the other one.  Why is this?

I have contacted Ricca and I am awaiting their answers.
Thanks, Kenny.

3) Why is it in a methanol solution?

Not sure what the question is, but in general phenolphthalein is very weakly soluble in water, so it is used as alcohol (be it ethanol or methanol) solution.
