im taking research about Co(III) reaction with water (H2O) using Gaussian program, but i dont know how basically Co(iii) interact with water, is there any books or journal working with it? about Co(iii) characteristics, good basis sets function, and its basic equation...
im really confuse searched for it in google.. >_<
