how to determine mass of carbon dioxide from effervescent Vitamin C tablet?

same as the title
I can't think of the ways to determine the mass of Carbon dioxide evolved.
I just know that acid present in Vitamin C would react with hydrogencarbonate (which is also from Vitamin C), but what is the experimental details of this experiment? Thanks you!
