Hi,
I was wondering does anyone know a simple protocol for removing very small amounts of organics from water using ethy acetate?
thanks,

Put them in a sep funnel and shake it. If you want to use, say, 100 mL of EtOAc, you're better off doing 5 x 20 mL extractions than you are doing 1 x 100 mL extraction.
