Hi,
Is it possible to dry bleach which contains only 4% NaClO to get a higher percentage?
Do I have to leave it out or can I boil it to dry off the water?

If you boil it too hot it will disproportionate from 3NaClO
2NaCl + NaClO3, sodium chlorate. Other than that, boiling should work. Heating it with steam would be a decent way to control the temperature.
