Enhancing lubricity without affecting combustion JP8 enhancer for Diesel Engines

Question: Need to figure out the PPM for a standard 10W-30 motor oil to add to JP8 to reach a near equal lubricity and maintain combustion ratio of diesel. Problem diesel engine failure due to lubricity and cleaning agents of JP8 in diesel generators. Must use JP8. Is it feasible to add a mixture of oil to increase lubricity and still maintain combustion factors?
