Hello all,
I've seen that a few years ago, Sharpless published an extremely great method for triazole synthesis, using "click chemistry".
He even showed that an enzyme (acetylcholinesterase) could promote the synthesis of its own inhibitor, with a Kd of 77 fM, the best affinity ever !
The papers were between 2002 to 2005 I think.
But till then, no other papers about this molecule seem to have been published.
Does anyone have more info ? Any other biological tests than in vitro ? Any in vivo results ? In human ? Any patent ?
Anything ?
Thanks !!
