Kinetic and Physical Constants
« on: September 15, 2011, 06:28:06 PM »
I'm looking for the names some good reference books that lists kinetic and physical constants i.e. pKas of inorganics and organics, phase transition temperatures (some P vs T phase change graphs would be nice for common solvents), thermodynamic constants, etc. Also looking for books that just contains a lot information on methods for purifying substance.

I've heard of:
The CRC Handbook for Chemistry and Physics
Purification of Laboratory Chemicals by Perrin and Armarego

I'm just trying to find out if there are any other reference books that people have found essential to everyday lab work and solving problems.

Feel free to move this post if it's on the wrong board.
