Hi
I am interested in prebiotic mineral-DNA interactions, i have mixed DNA with FeS and it appears to be decomposing. Can anyone suggest how/where i might be able to analyse the remnants of the DNA (excluding electrophoresis).
Thanks.

the only thing i can come up with is electrophoresis. It's the general method to analyse DNA-fragments. After this procedure blotting is usually followed.
