Amino Acid, pKa and pH
«

Given the amino acid Histidine which has it's side chain at pKa of 6.00. Now I need to find what fraction of the Histidine side chain will carry a positive charge at certain pH's.
Any guidance would be great!
Thank You!

Solve for the base/acid ratio? One of them of course carrying a positive charge. Makes sense...
