hi everyone, I am just wanna ask some question based on reactor design. Here , I am focusing on BIOREACTOR.

1) is that anyone knows what limits the height of a stirred tank bioreactor?

2)why we need large bioreactors used for the culture of aerobic cells are sparged?

3)what determines the size of the sparge ring?

4)can u suggest me any website in order to get much information about reactor design



till then..I learned this elective subject this semester in the course of industrial chemical technology. Because of the lack of the lecturers, we don't have lecturer who teach chemical reactor, but biology reactor.
