conversion from normality to ppm(mg/l)

HI..I would to ask,is that my calculation step correct pertaining to convert normality to ppm ?Below is the information of preparation of standard solution..About 0.1g of pure salicylic acid is weight and quantitatively transfer to a 100ml volumetric flask.After thorough mixing dilute to the mark with 1000ml NAOH solution so that final concentration is 0.1N NAOH.calculate concentration(mg/L)in this stock solution. My calculation steps:m1v1=m2v2,(0.1x1000)=m2(100),m2 is 1N. 1N=1M=0.1g/138.12074/1L,where 138.12074 is RMM of salicylic acid. ? Is that correct ?

How are you going to dilute with 1000mL of NaOH solution in a 100mL volumetric flask?

sorry..typing error,no 1000ml..mistake

So you have 0.1g of salicylic acid in 100 mL of solution - calculation is straightforward.
