Which contains more electrolytes? Coca cola or orange juice?

I know phosphoric acid is a weak electrolyte and citric acid is strong but there's a lot of phosphoric acid in soda.

You seem to be jumping around with definitions here, you mention electrolytes, as in ions for conductivity.  Then you seem to focus only on acids in solution.  And I don't believe citric acid is a strong acid, and as weak acids go, phosphoric is stronger than organic acids.  However, a quick Goggle confirms that you're right, there's more acid in cola (pH ~ 2) than in orange juice (pH ~ 3)
