IR Spectrum Alcohol/ Amine/ or both?!

Hi, I've been given an IR spectrum for a molecule and was wondering if someone could tell me how you know a molecule contains a primary amine group (which should have a stretching frequency at around 3000-3300) when the molecule also contains an -OH stretching frequency? Does the peak for the -OH group not 'hide' the smaller less intense peak of the amine group?

Could be troublesome, but you can also look for the C-N stretching around 1020-1220. Have you thought about derivatives to mask troublesome groups?
