A. does it have units?
quick search on google didnt get me anything.

The same units as the rate constant, I believe, since the left hand side is the rate constant and the right hand side contains A multiplied by an exponential term, which is unitless

Yes. The rate constant's dimensions being variable, so are those of the Arrhenius parameter.
