Hybridization: CH4

Can anyone tell me which of the following molecules has a different hybridization from the other three?
 
      CH4
      NF3
      BF3
      H2O

As long the central atom in each case is surrounded by the same number groups (atoms, functional group, or lone pair), you can safely say that they possess the same hybridisation state.

      NF3         sp3          pyramidal
      BF3         sp2          flat
      H2O        sp3          angular
