Glucose oxidase glucose sensing

Hi
I need some help from biochemistry guru for glucose sensing by glucose oxidase.
I'm trying to see if platinum electrode covered with glucose oxidase will detect H2O2 or not with absence of glucose.

1)when you apply (+) voltage to glucose oxidase covered platinum electrode, do you expect it to reduce? in other words, FAD (redox center) in Glucose oxidase will reduce to FADH2 just by applying (+) to conventional three electrode flow cell (RE, CE, wE)?

Help is needed plz help me!! thanx!

That is not how enzyme using substrate electrodes are constructed.  Basically, the enzyme is immobilized in some sort of polymer, which covers an ion selective electrode, the polymer-enzyme functions as a sort of barrier that affects the interior that then can trigger the electrode.
