Hi there, tommygun999, on this board, we like to help students understand their problems, so they figure them out for themselves.  We don't like to give complete answers.  The problem is, your questions are too general, and there are no hints we can give you:

That's just a cut and paste from a text book.  You didn't write that complete question yourself, thinking about what was asked.  Because since then, you write very simple questions.  I asked you, in that thread, what do you mean, and you didn't answer.

This question seems to lack the very basics.  Can you explain more about  where you got this question, and what you really need to know?  For what class?  Can you read your textbook, and describe, in your own words Le Chatelier's Principle
