Hi there,
I'm looking for a substance called "Mitsubishi carbon #40", which appears here:

Mitsubishi Chem. used to sell it, but they do not sell it any more.
I am interested in a medical application of this substance (a formulation called CH40):

Maybe someone can tell me where can I find/purchase this substance?
