You've made 30 posts on this forum, so you should know by now -- we don't give complete answers to any problem. We give hints to help you learn, based on what you already know. It is flat out INSULTING, to yell at us by typing in ALL CAPS, saying that the Forum Rules, posted in Red at the top of every forum page, just don't apply to you this time.
*ahem*
The hint that this problem gives you shows the cysteine and histidine R-groups. If there are atoms from the rest of the molecules pictured, they may also be important. Pretending this is a reaction just between cysteine and histidine, do you know how a reaction might proceed. Maybe if you drew it out for yourself (and us,) some mechanism would suggest itself. Think for example -- what do we start with, what do you get, what atoms change in the process.
