Rate limiting step in graph
« on: March 21, 2012, 03:21:48 PM »

So generally, is it the greatest local increase in deltaG that determines rate limiting step or is it the greatest absolute increase in deltaG?

In other words, is the first or second hump the rate determining step?

thank you!
