Can anyone help me balance this equation. How would I do it? It seems to hard to do via the half-reaction method. Also don't know how to apply oxidation number method to it. Thanks.

There's something missing in your equation: what happened to sulfur? And where does this oxygen come from?
Complete the reaction and, then, you will find balancing it easier.

Assuming reaction takes place in acidic solution and sulfur is oxidised to SO
4
2-
highest coefficient in the reaction equation will be 108
