Retrosynthesis of diene

I'm having problems with a postgrad qs. I'm to provide a retrosynthetic analysis to produce this diene from acetylene using any appropriate reagents. If anyone could give me a few pointers on where to start or what to look for? Thanks.

What reactions of e.g. alkynes do you know?
