HI ! Does anybody knows method of manufacturing abrasive sponges ?
I am interested in - how abrasive grains ( Aluminium oxide or Silicium carbide) and phenolic resin are applied on foam.
Thanks!

This is a polyurethane rather than a phenolic resin, but maybe it will help answer some of your questions:

If not, this has been a relatively active area for patenting. Google patent, the WIPO site, or freepatentsonline should give you a lot of things to look at.
