When benzene is used as a substituent, it is called phenyl-

1-methyl should raise questions in your mind - it almost always means you haven't started numbering from the end of the chain.

The second compound - I don't see a name?

The lower two appear to be fine, once benzene is changed to phenyl

1)   2)
3)   4)

For the 1st compound i have numbered C-OH as the First Carbon
and then numbered the Carbons subsequently.

3-Phenyl-1,1-DiMethyl-Prop-2-en-1-ol

Is this Correct?

For the 2nd compound

4-Phenyl-But-1-en-2-ol
Is this Correct?

3) 3-Phenyl-2-Butanol
4) 2-Phenyl-2-Butanol

3-Phenyl-1,1-DiMethyl-Prop-2-en-1-ol

Is this Correct?

No. What is the longest parent carbon chain? Hint: What is the IUPAC name for incorrectly named 1-methylpropane

Quote
For the 2nd compound

4-Phenyl-But-1-en-2-ol
Is this Correct?

No. Number the carbons on the parent butane chain from 1 to 4 and count the carbons which bear substituents.

3) 3-Phenyl-2-Butanol
4) 2-Phenyl-2-Butanol

No. The IUPAC name for "2-butanol" is butan-2-ol.

Also - chemical names are like any other word, you only capitalise the first letter. You are also throwing in some unnecesary hyphons.

Example: 4-Phenyl-2-methylbutan-1-ol not 4-Phenyl-2-Methyl-Butal-1-ol

1-methypropane is Butane right?
So the Name for the 1st compound is
4-Phenyl-2-methyl-but-3-en-2-ol
is it correct ?

No. Number the carbons on the parent butane chain from 1 to 4 and count the carbons which bear substituents.

so for the second compound
1-Phenyl-but-3-en-2-ol
is it correct ?

Thank you Dan.. Will always keep that in mind.

So the Name for the 1st compound is
4-Phenyl-2-methyl-but-3-en-2-ol
is it correct ?

Almost. The substituents and locants are correct, but the substituents should be ordered alphabetically. 2-Methyl should come before 4-phenyl, since M comes before P. Also - watch the unnecessary hyphons, the IUPAC name is:

2-Methyl-4-phenylbut-3-en-2-ol

so for the second compound
1-Phenyl-but-3-en-2-ol
is it correct ?

Again, unnecessary hyphenation. The IUPAC name is:

1-Phenylbut-3-en-2-ol
