Hello, i am not a chemist so i came here to get some answers. I am taking:
    Vitamin E Acid Succinate
    Magnesium Carbonate
    Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
    Ferrous Gluconate
.    L-Methionine 500g    
    Inositol (Vitamin B8)
.    Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate
    Vitamin A Palmitate
    Vitamin-D3
    Zinc Oxide
    Calcium Carbonate 
All are in powder form. When i mix them in the water, i can see chemical reaction as bubles form and it changes colour to greenish. Which of these supplements i should take seperatly. Thank you for your time

The bubbles are probably carbon dioxide formed from the Magnesium Carbonate and Calcium Carbonate reacting with the Vitamin C.

The green colour I guess might be an iron compound?

Personally I think you should take them all and put them in the bin.

so it forms some kind of calcium-vitamin c and magnesium-vitamic c complex? Does that make them available for me to absorb? And btw i agree about the bin part for most of the people but i have celieac disease so i need them because my body is not absorbing them enough.

Briefly, many vitamin preparations are delivered as trace metal acsobates, for example the Emer-Gen-C brand or the Airborne Brand.  The Vitamin C is a typical acid, it's  hydrogens exchange well with alkaline earth metals to make a salt.  They're as available to as they ever were, since your stomach contains a strong mineral acid, these reactions were going to take place anyway.
