Electrolysis

Is it possible to get sodium by electolysis if a solution that contains Na+ ions is used? I know that on the cathode, water will be reduced. Is there a chance that on some conditions Na+ ions get reduced?

Not in water solutions.

Think about it - even if you were able to reduce sodium it would react with water immediately.
