just is it possible
its about my health here so can anybody give me at least any info
I wasn't sure whether this should be chemistry or organic-chemistry since it seems to involve both studies

Actually, for liability reasons, we're not going to give you health advice. Its reasonable to have a discussion about biochemistry, but only from a theoretical standpoint. If you really have an urgent need, you can talk to your doctor.

I just did a quick search using PubMed, and a turned up an abstract that indicates that aspirin can increase it slightly, if I am understanding the abstract correctly.
"At the lowest dosage, aspirin caused a 15% decrease in the rate of UA excretion (P = 0.045 by t-test), which was associated with a slight but significant increase in serum levels of UA (P = 0.009)."
