Looking for an handbook value
« on: July 09, 2012, 06:10:42 AM »
Hello !

I'm currently working on cement and I'm looking for the value of the enthalpy of formation of Ca4Al2Fe2O10

Has anyone a recent handbook that indicates the value ?

Thank you ! (I'm a french undergraduate and I'm not a perfect English speaker)

Thank you for your answer.

That's the point. Actually I'm looking for the enthalpy of the reaction

4CaO + Al2O3 + Fe2O3 -> Ca4Al2Fe2O10 (exo/endothermic ?)

I managed to find the enthalpy of formation of the reagents in an 1963 Handbook but I couldn't find the enthalpy of formation of the product.

Could it be written in a more recent Handbook ?
