It will not react, but it depends what solvent the cyanoacrylate material is dissolved in.  If it is say acetone, then it will dissolve with polystyrene.
If you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the precipitate

I should modify my statement.  The glue itself will not react, but a solvent like acetone will dissolve the glue.  No reaction between the glue and polystyrene.  My wording was confusing in my first post.

Thanks!

I tried dissolve super glue in acetone but it react very slow (for a night the hardened super glue just seemed to deform a little bit under optical microscope, but still stays where it was), do you know any possible way i can accelerate this reaction?

Btw, do you know the hardness of hardened super glue?

There isn't a way to "accelerate" the reaction.  You have to try different solvents.  If polystyrene is involved, acetone will for sure dissolve that.  I would try hexanes or ethyl acetate.

I do not know the hardness of super-glue; I am sure you can look it up.

try heating the mixture slightly (if youre not doing so already) just make sure you use a thermometer and you know the decomposition temp of your super glue and your acetone.
